Pear and Nashi Pear pollination (forum)

Hi, I am wanting to put in a pear tree and nashi pear tree, in subtropic location (just west of Brisbane). I am looking at the Pear - Hood, and Nashi Pear - Tropical Sunshine. Will these offer cross pollination, or is there a combination of nashi and pear that will in this climate?
