persimmon roots

I have a new nightingale persimmon to plant out. How close to the house is OK? Apparently they have a large taproot. Does this mean that the roots don't spread out invasively very far, but go down a long way?

I would like to plant it about 2 m from the house.

Thanks.

Hey mate ... I would think 2 meters min. from the house should be fine.
