Pinkerton Avocado

Bought a Pinkerton dwarf avocado tree a few months ago and noticed recently that the leaves were going brown... Not completely sure what's wrong with it. Does anybody have any clue what could be the problem?

Sunburn and/or saltburn. Protect young avocado trees from sun with shadecloth on stakes around them.
