Pistachios are grown commercially at Swan Hill and Wedderburn. The latter shouldn't be too much different in climate to here in Bendigo.

Double check with Rodilesa Nursery, out at Junortoun. They'll have a good idea of what works locally.

And yep, Daleys deliver here, as well.


EDIT:
Here you go, Bendigo Wholefoods reckon their bare-rooted Pistashios are amongst their most popular.
So, someone around here must be planting them.
