I call this plant my lost worldies...I have no idea what they are and noone I know has any idea but i feed the seeds to my budgies and they love them and the leaves! Would anyone be able to let me know what they are called I have only ever seen them in one other garden and that is the lady who gave them to me. They grow like sunflowers over six feet tall and they have been reproducing for about 8 years in my garden so they are surely not hybrids!

Hi Laisla,
Thankyou so much...I have had so many comments and questions because they are so tall people can see them over my fence....but I found my budgies thrive on them and are really healthy when they eat them. Are they native do you know? I assume they are not poisonous as the birds are thriving.
