I have a few Mangoe Trees which I would like to Prune, but have been told that this will stop fruit production for a number of years, can anyone help please.

Now, after harvest, is a good time to prune. Light pruning should not affect the next crop.you could cut the entire canopy back by upto a metre if the trees are mature? Cutting back hard into older thicker wood could result in only vegetative growth and no flowers for a few years.
