QLD Arrowroot (forum)

I have heaps of QLD Arrowroot in the garden. I don't actually want to make flour out of it, but it is said that they where a stable in Andean cultures once.
My trials to prepare them were not really yum. Does anyone knows some nice recipes??

Thanks! I then do take the root - must I peel it? Must I grate the roots or how do I grind them? and then in the oven right?
I'll give it a go, certainly I will make it a bit up, maybe ginger or aniseed.
Your name is Aztec - is this an original South American recipe?
