Hi there,
I leave in Sydney.

I have two questions:

1. I have a 5 year old custard-apple tree, started giving me fruit this time. They were nice looking fruit but when opened they were black inside. What could be wrong or what should I do? I grew this tree from seed. I think type might be African pride.

2. I have two kind of Pomegranate tree (English and Indian). Those gives me very nice fruits almost 100 fruits every year.
This year Indian Pomegranate - most fruit splits while raw on tree. What could be the reason.
English Pomegranate is very sweet and do attract bugs - how can I control it?

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Jagdip

Your Atemoya (African Pride) is a hybrid between a Sugar Apple, A. Squamosa and Cherimoya, A.Cherimola. The seeds from an African Pride Custard Apple are extremely variable. It appears you have missed out on the lucky dip this time. Probably not worth keeping, unless you want to use it's seedlings as rootstocks for grafting superior CV's.
I have access to a 30 YO Cherimoya tree but it's fruit is also unpalatable, similar in description to your AP seedling, goes black inside before completely ripe. It's only worth is it's seeds for growing Cherimoya rootstocks for grafting other superior Annona species onto.
Has anyone grafted A. Squamosa onto Cherimoya rootstocks? It should help my A.Squamosa over winter.
