Seconda Avo. First flowers

Debbz starts with ...
1 year old Seconda Avo. I believe I'm supposed to take the flowers off for the first fruit. I'm not sure how to do this?? My first image is of my Shepherd avo. I guess I am to do the same to this tree?

I killed a Hass removing flowers ~ nowadays i let young plants set fruit then remove said fruit ~ if its healthily growing i may let it hold just one.
