Fruitylicious1 says... Hi Francis Bilimbi (Averrhoa Bilimbi L.) is permitted in Western Australia according to THE WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ORGANISM LIST (WAOL), legal status (s11(1). With that regards you can buy bilimbi seedling and or seeds from outside W.A. Daleys always sell them (small trees) in their website as well as other seed companies in the i-net. Just spend a few minutes in the web and you will hardly log off empty handed if you are really keen to have one. Expect more than $10.00 upwards for a few seeds including postage. Also read the legal requirements at WAOL website for seed importation and inform the seller to avoid disappointment.
