My lemon is dropping leaves badly. The twiggy growth looks knobbly. I've given it citrus food, seasol and sprayed with white oil. I think it's been ailing for at least a year and getting worse. It's been cold in Sydney but the lime and mandarin are fine.

Knobbly stems could be gall wasp attack. Leaf drop in citrus I have found to be due to lack of water. I suppose the leaves were a normal green when dropping?
