Suggestions for a 6metre tree for my Brisbane yard?

Hi there - I'm looking to add a second tree to my Brisbane backyard. Any suggestions?

Ideally, we're looking for a tree:
- That's fast growing.
- Grows 6 metres tall with an upright growth habit.
- Can handle the western sun.

We've got a mature loquat tree which provides excellent shade (not a lot of tree), but these are considered weeds in Brisbane.

Mate,

My thoughts is a red papaya tree, grows real quick with an upright growth habit.

See link below:

Being hermaphrodite, it will provide fruits with just one tree. Grow it from seeds after eating fruit.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, mate!
