I have read/heard that PF will stay on the vine right through and winter and will not ripen until they get some sun/warmth next spring/summer?

I have the same thing at the moment. I have a lot of fruit on my Pink Cheek PF Vines and on my Sunshine Special and some of them have been there for a while now.

It's still my first crop of fruit but I am not expecting them to ripen until later in the year now??? Fingers crossed it happens earlier though.
