Weird fruit

Hi guys im based in qld and all my lemons llook like the above pic. Can any one tell me the cause and the treatment for them.

The lemons have been stung when small. They will have hardly any juice. Probably by bronze orange bugs (citrus bugs). They are hard to get rid of, good nutrition and lots of water in summer helps, also vacuuming or knocking them off and squashing them.
