What is infecting my dwarf washington navel orange? (forum)

Hi everyone, any ideas what could be causing these dark spots on the peripheries of a few leaves on this dwarf Washington navel orange? I planted it in December last year, and it's had no other major issues. It did have some yellowing of old foliage in a distribution consistent with magnesium deficiency - which I've been treating with some epsom salt applications to the soil (not sure if relevant). I've been googling (always dangerous) and came across DAWR's page on citrus canker and getting a little paranoid. The lesions don't sound typical though - I wouldn't call them "corky" or raised. Maybe they're just very early? The yellow halo-ing is definitely there.
Thanks for any advice, Sarah.

Hi sarah_s,
I think you to need to wait a few more months to see what happen as we are in winter at the moment. My Washington navel behaves the same but goes green and no mark in october onward. Cheers
