What's Wrong With My Zucchini? (forum)

My zucchini plants are small in size and have developed this strange yellow patch (with wart-like bumps) on the fruit. Any ideas what this is?

Had the same problem from some young plants. I think it was too much rain.
I just let them go and they came good.
Now they are growing like stink and cant give them away
