I planted the seed of smooth avocado fruit, the foliage does not feel leathery as in your pictures, but more soft and a little hairy under my fingers. I keep it in a light shade, because its leaves burn in the sunlight. He likes plenty of water. During the winter keep him in the house, next to the window.
