White spots on Mulberry leaves (forum)

I recently purchased a dwarf black mulberry tree which despite the excessive rain we have had of late, seems to be growing quite well. I have just noticed that on the back of the leaves there is a white powder like spotting - it can be brushed off but checking, do I need to do something with this?
