Generally once they fill out they dont get any bigger. Pick the first one once its filled out asses the quality and then decide if youcan leave the next longer or whether it was already soft and well developed seeds. Thats really all I can suggest.

Can you take a pic, could be a huge apple cucumber or some kind of cross I don't recognize the description. I imagine they are edible but might not taste to flash.

They are not the bush cucumbers that are around on the net. "

CUCUMBER BUSH CROP
A great variety for small gardens or containers, Bush Crop produces a good crop of slicing cucumbers. Excellent for small gardens as the runners and vines are short so the plant takes less space. The nice size plant produces good crops 6-8”, dark green, slightly tapered, slicing cucumbers with crisp, white flesh and mild flavor. Excellent sliced in salads, or cut lengthwise and eaten as sticks raw or in dips.

Well if you have a digital camera its easy if you don't you would need to scan the pictures, and that's not worth the effort/wait.
Maybe you have a friend with a digital camera or one one your mobile phone.

Anyway if you have a digital picture you can upload it on to you computer. Then if its larger than 1MB (1000kbytes) you might want to make it smaller this is easiest done by right clicking on the image/file and pressing send to Mail Recipient. This then open your email client, likely outlook, and attaches the readuced sized image to an email. YOu can then click on those images/words and copy them and paste them or "drag" them to the location you want them.

Then when you are posting a reply to this, above the typing box it says "Add Another picture", click this and browse to where you saved the reduced image/picture.

That will either make sense or be as clear as mud.

Happy to discuss further but its pointless going on any further at this point. Goodluck :)

Hi Sue,

Are your cucumbers like this one? I got the seeds from my friend and she didn't tell me what kind of the cucumber. I searched on internet and found out that it's called blonde cucumber

When you reply in the speech box, just above the box is text that says "Browse".
This will open to a spot on your computer, you then need to find the location that you saved the photo and double click it. It should bthen attach. This could be slow if the photo is large or your net slow.
Hope that helps.

Sue, looks like squash to me (one of the long varieties not the round). I have them in my garden, and if you leave them to long they grow large like the one in your picture.
