HappyEarth says... Winter has arrived my friends. A lot of trees will yellow up and lose some of their older leaves at this time of year. Healthy new growth is always a good sign :) Rich www.happyearth.com.au | About the Author Wollongong 28th June 2009 6:38pm #UserID: 0 Posts: View All 's Edible Fruit Trees |

au0rey says... My calamondin and kaffir lime plants are not really yellowing but fruits are dropping for the former. Does Amanda have a clue? https://www.daleysfruit.com.au/forum/calamondin-fruits-falling-off/ Thanks! | About the Author Melbourne 28th June 2009 8:44pm #UserID: 0 Posts: View All 's Edible Fruit Trees |
amanda says... Hi Au0rey - I think Jimmy posted a link somewhere - to wa ag dept site that discusses this? R u there Jimmy? In cold wet weather citrus can develop Zinc chlorosis. (Plants may also need more potassium in frost conditions to prevent cells freezing - all very complicated stuff!?) I have to remove my citrus fruits (too many for my 2 n 3yr olds)..so I'm not much help here! | About the Author amanda19 geraldton.WA 29th June 2009 9:38am #UserID: 2309 Posts: 4607 View All amanda19's Edible Fruit Trees |
