We have found by cincturing in summer, the August crop has a much larger crop and better fruit size.

Davidson Plum NSW

An outstanding small tree that prefers warm conditions and some shade. The sour purple fruits have bright red flesh that makes excellent jam. Davidsonia jerseyana is the southern form, it fruits in the summer months and is generally a smaller plant than the northern Davidsonia pruriens. The fruit form on the trunk of the tree and it is striking in full fruit.

When my baby native Frangipani trees arrived I unpacked them as soon as they got here and then water them, leaves as well as into the soil, with diluted Seasol to help them recover from their journey. Before planting them I soak them again in Seasol.

A beautiful tree but I have recently had to remove it because it had grown to approx 25metres and its root system large and complex lifting everything around it. If planting one give it plenty of space. Ours was approx. 40y.o.

Received this from a work mate. It has grown quite a bit in the last year. But its looks sparse. Being a rain forest tree i would have expected it to be a lot more dense. It has flowered only 1 year after it was put in the ground.
