Aniseed Myrtle yellow leaves

    3 responses

SWV starts with ...
We've had a small aniseed myrtle for about 18 months and it did well at first but now, we can't seem to work out why it has yellow leaves all the time.
We tried treating it with iron chelate and thought that was helping but it is still not looking lush and green.
We live in a limestone belt so the soil does tend to be alkaline here.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you post a photo? There are many causes of yellow leaves and they all look a bit different. Could be magnesium, but hesitant to recommend it without a pic.

Looks very much like lack of nitrogen. What have you been feeding it?
