levpet starts with ... I've been looking high and low for scions - if you've got some to part with, I'd happily purchase them from you. I have a 4 y.o tree grown from Hass seed and a 3 y.o tree grown from Reed. The one grown from Hass has two stems, so I'd love to get both A & B types grafted onto there. Also, Every year I've topped them down to 1/3rd to thicken the trunk. Should I stop doing this? As David mentioned before, if you trim them hard, it would hurt them by direct sunlight to the trunk without enough leaves.
