Brachychiton rupestris care

Fred45 starts with ...
I currently have this planted in a cactus-type mix (?) with the base exposed (see pic). Is this ok - or should it be planted deeper? Any other advice appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Fred, it does look like some roots are exposed, it is best if these are covered.Repot into a larger pot if you can't make that happen in that pot. Your plant's trunk will expand but the root should stay covered.
