Yes - callistemon will transplant.
•Soak the plant to be transplanted.
•Add seaweed solution to help lessen the transplant shock.
•Pre-dig the new hole and soak it.
•Prune plant by 30%, remove flowers, fruits and new growth.
•Dig out as much root ball as you can - ideally the root ball should be as large as the plant above ground.
•Re-plant a little bit deeper than they originally were.
•Mix a smidge of well rotted compost with the soil dug from the hole and backfill.
•Water in well.
•Seasol.
•Mulch.
•Ensure plant doesn't suffer moisture stress for the next 6-12 months.
Good luck
