How susceptible are they to fruit fly? Are bats/birds/possums really keen for them?

Thanks

Nothing has touched my grafted cv as yet, but the tree is small and only had a few fruits last year for the first time. The fruit this year is close to ripening and still not touched if that is any help to you..Maybe it's too small to be noticed?

Are these flowers?

Mark was over the other day and spotted these bulb things on my Emma which is growing in a pot. Looks like they are flowers forming so hope they will make fruit.

I read other comments that Canistels can be reluctant to set fruit but maybe they were seedling types. Others said that Canistels are not cold hardy and would be hard to grow in Melbourne but I've never had a problem with cold, only dryness as they seem to like some water.

Does anyone else in Melbourne or Adelaide also grow Canistels? Thanks.
