One of the photos shows me uncurling a lead. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I am concerned because this is a young plant. It has some ants on it too.

This is citrus leaf miner. I get it too, only sometimes do I see the classic silver trails in the leaf. Spray 2 weekly with horticultural oil or as per label for Yates Success

Hi sdshh,

If your citrus has a leaf curl and there are some ants on it then the problem may be due to scales and aphids. Check underneath of the leaves and you can remove them by finger nail and tap water. Otherwise see attached info below for treatment. Cheers
