Brendan says... Looks like a type of rust, has it been overwatered lately? Try spraying with 15g copper oxychloride, mixed with 4½ litres of water, and add 30ml of a good wetting agent. I'd spray twice weekly 'till it's gone. (both sides of the leaves).
