Hi. I want to plant a dwarf Cara Cara and Blood orange trees in same hole using duo planting guide in Flemings website. Has anyone had any experience with duo planting of dwarf citrus trees. Was it successful? Did it make the size of trees extra dwarf? Thanks.

Dual planting works fine, or you could just buy a double grafted citrus or graft it yourself.

Thanks Adriano. I’ve already bought them and prepared two spots for spring planting. But if I can have duo planting for them in one spot then I can use another spot for a different fruit tree.

You can slice off some bark on both sides and bind them together so the roots and trunks merge into one.
You can plant them now, I don’t think you have frosts there. Winter rain helps save watering
