Dwarf Avocado not fruiting

Hi all,

I have a dwarf Avo Wurtz I planted back in 2010 in a pot. It has been growing well, it is over 2m now and overall looks healthy. It started flowering 3 years ago but I am yet to see a fruit. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? I always fertilise it with Dynamic lifter in September and March. Thanks for any help

I only have the standard wurtz which is about 8 or 9 metres and it doesn't set many fruit in spite of being next to a B.
