Marina says... I would check with your nursery, they would know. There is a book out called 75 Exciting Vegetables for Your Garden by Jack E. Staub. It mentions the walking onion. This onion was orignated from Denmark. http://books.google.com.au/books?id=-yByu-GR4eEC&pg=PA321&lpg=PA321&dq=walking+onions&source=web&ots=Ay83TETppQ&sig=GxMLVr_2ZMg6ILxzBYzrApi3YMM&hl=en I hope this site works out for you. I just put walking onion in google search engine and it gave me information about the walking onion in Australia. | About the Author Marina Victoria 4th March 2008 8:26pm #UserID: 732 Posts: 6 View All Marina's Edible Fruit Trees |
