Grevillea Robusta

Philip starts with ...
I have a Grevillea Robusta probably about 20 yeas old... some 50-60 feet high. It appears to be dying on the east side, yet it is still robust and healthy on the west side.... Is this common, or will it need to be replaced...

I have noted a number of the trees declining after about that time. Usually about 30 years.Maybe they prefer better than average drainage in the soil. Maybe it is about the average lifespan. What say ye aussies
