Some Guava trees are not self-fertile. Depending on what kind of Guava tree you have, it might need a pollination partner. Maybe that is the case with yours. What kind of guava do you have?

Doesn't sound like a pollination problem to me. Pink Hawaiian guava are self-fertile.
Must be a different issue.
Is it in full sun?
Is it well watered?

Yes it’s in full sun and watered well. It’s a very big tree and this year has 6 fruits on the tree at the moment. Most than any other year.but for its size we expect a a lot more fruits than 6 as it’s been 7 years and nothing much to show for 7 years.

I've read that some guavas can take up to 8 years to fruit. Maybe yours pushed out flowers but didn't want to give you fruit.

If you have some fruit on the tree now, maybe this is the case.
Enjoy the guavas,
Robert
