Guerrilla Gardening

I've just been reading a bit about Guerrilla Gardening, where people find neglected pieces of land and plant trees, flowers and even vegetables on it. I didn't realise but there's a whole organisation on it: www.guerrillagardening.org

Just wondering what people think about it?

Btw, it is illegal:)

I have seen the TV show a couple of times.
I think most of the gardens look lovely but alot of the owners of the land (councils and such) then go and rip up the gardens.
This has to do with public liability.
It is a shame but in this day and age people will sue for anything. If someone hurt themselves in the garden ie they sat on a bench that falls over or something they could sue for public liability.

Yeah, I was watching the show on the internet when I stumbled upon the site. They seem to create and maintain flower beds around the world.
