David starts with ...
Finally after 16 long years this tree has decided to finally flower ,must say it is magnificent.Not sure if the resulting fruit will be edible but, what the hell.

Fantastic flower - did some googling and is a type of Lotus - but not sure if any edible fruits at all - maybe roots are the edible part? Like the Lotus root used in asian stirfy?
