Is this tree a Pedalai?
I found a tag at the base of it which read Pedalai, this is the first year that this tree has started fruiting.
New leaves are usualy very soft like velvet, older leaves turn red.

I guess it's another artocarpus. Maybe kwai muk or lakoocha or so.
