Identifying Fruit

Wazza starts with ...
We have purchased a property recently which has a number of frut tres growing on it.
These are two which I am having trouble identifying. Both are fruting prolifically at the the moment.

I'd say picture # 1 is the Star Apple, Chrysophyllum cainito and #2 is Sapodilla, Manilkara zapota. Lucky you!!

Very lucky Wazza!
Caimito looks ripe. The Sapodilla is under ripe - lots of latex. Both are fantastic fruits!
