Hi all, I've bought my orange tree 2 months ago, it hasn't grown taller, although the leaves are all green. If it is normal? or I should do something?

Your tree looks fine. It doesn't grow in winter, but you can now expect it to start producing new growth in Spring. One thing you could do at this stage - get something against leaf miner which can damage your new leaves. Either a spray or a trap can be used. Check nearest Bunnings or a nursery.

I wouldn't remove the stake until the tree grows more, then the roots would have grown too into the soil.
The bark mulch shouldn't be too close to the trunk, as Citrus can get rot problems.
Edward3 is right, you should see new tip growth sprouting soon with the warmer weather.
The tree is next to the fence, does it have some shade in the day ??

A couple of hours no shade sounds perfect. If the tree is not in a windy spot the stake isn't as important. It may help to support the new growth if it gets heavy for the trunk. When it can stand up by itself should be ok if not too windy.

You can leave it there for a couple of years until the tree gets enough strength of its own
