Lemonade tree, 2 years old lot`s of fruit. skin on some fruit dry & pale brown color. Balance of fruit normal green, similar occurred to all fruit last year. No fruit matured last year. Been told it`s possibly > "windburn, sunburn or fungal disease" Any clues.Lime, lemon, mandarin & orange trees all in same garden all show no signs of problem.Tree appears very healthy. Is it ok to pick & juice lemonade fruit when green? Will the fruit ripen off the tree ? Novice gardener, but trying.

Hi Bruce,
Could be sunburn on your fruit, but hard to tell without a photo. Have you given it any fertilizer lately?
I only ever eat my lemonades on the green side of ripe. Could be just me, but my 'ripe' lemonades taste yuk.
The fruit does ripen off the tree, but I don't like 'em real ripe at all.
