Hi, does anyone know if you can use unripe Mamey Sapoties for cooking ETC ? or is it not edible when unripe ? I cannot seem to find a single bit of info on the net. Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can eat it unripe. They eventually soften and taste like a mealy sweet potato. Not a brilliaqnt fruit
