maxzoo says... Hi, You want to encourage the tree to branch. It is a dwarf, you want to keep it compact and bushy so you do need to prune it regularly- otherwise it could get leggy. Just cut that new growth right off back to height you want it to start branching. The tree will love a good haircut and will push new growth- making more branches and more fruit. Prune when you remember, right after fruiting at the very least. | About the Author maxzoo LARNOOK,2480,NSW 25th March 2019 9:25pm #UserID: 9405 Posts: 42 View All maxzoo's Edible Fruit Trees |
