Mango tree grafted is turning black

I bought a Nam doc mango tree from this site, its been 3 weeks and the grafted stem has turned black! what can I do to keep it alive? The leaves are still fine

Thanks, Ive sent them an email. Its not sunburnt, theres not much sun where I've left it and the mango tree next to it is fine that I bought about 2 months ago.
