Meat Ants

    1 responses

Ju starts with ...
Meat ants are my problem. I have a young Imperial manderine tree and it gets covered in meat ants. I thought it might be scale so I sprayed it with a chemical that is supposed to kill ants and scale but that hasn't deterred the ants I'm about to spray it again but thought I'd see if anyone has this same problem.. Another one is my young Fejoa tree the meat ants keep chewing off the petals of the flowers and so far it hasn't fruited so wondered if this was why, does anyone have any clues on how to solve this please?

John says...
Pour petrol down the hole, DO NOT LIGHT IT.

Only need 250 ml.

Kero, diesel oil etc work as well.
