It is scale. If the tree is small or you do not want to spray, just wipe them all off. However the best remedy is to use a white oil spray. Ask your nursery or Bunnings for an oil spray and follow the instructions on the packet. There are numerous brands available and even a ready aerosol can if the tree is small. I had scale on one of my trees last year. Never seen it on the fruit before so you must have it bad. The oil may damage the fruit but better than the scale getting worse etc. ps I'm in Bexley.
