not sure. shows no cold damagehere. likes moisture. can take some drying out but prolonged and it gives up.
i can't do it any cheaper as I kowI wouldn't get off my butt for anyless . ofcourse if you hadsomething i REALLY wanted.....

Nah, when it's cooked like that it's not so bad.
it is mellow and sweet,
but stocky (Chicken stock ) and with the aniseedy flavour of the Hoja Santa.
very yummy.
I'll have to find the recipe.
A friend brought the recipe (and lots of seeds) back from her trip to Oaxaca and Veracruz many years ago.
