Moving apple trees

Hi

Just wondering if I am able to move apple trees from their current position in the garden to another one. Any precautions I need to take?

I've realised they are not getting enough sun and need to move them to a sunnier position but worried that moving them will cause damage :o

Thanks
Cin

Bit late in the year to be doing it now- and depending on how old they are- it may be better to get new ones as they'll take off better.
