Harrychink starts with ...
Their leaves are yellow and spotty but not wilted
Possible Sulfur deficiency?
Also the stem seems to have lots of new branches starting, what causes that?

It could just be the fact that you are growing out of season. Potatoes are a winter crop.
But don't be discouraged, You can still get ok potato harvests in summer.
