Hi, I am looking for Oro Blanco or Melogold citrus tree. It is a cross of pomelo and grapefruit from California originally. As far as I know it was introduced to Australia already. Is there any chance that I will be able to get it somehow? Thank you! Mayya
PS If no, can you recommend a sweet pomelo variety which can grow in NSW (Newcastle area) Thanks again :-)

Hi this topic has been covered before on this forum

I think its closer to a really great grapefruit than a pummelo, it doesnt quite match a tropical pummelo.
Others to think about are Flicks, Honnefs surprise, or Tahitian pummelo.
Maybe even Star Ruby red grapefruit.
