Richard starts with ... I have a Black Passionfruit vine I planted only a short while ago was going fine for a few weeks then started to look limp and the leaves would fall off the vine green and the vine was starting to die off slowly and is now deceased. Curious to know what caused it if anyone has any ideas. | About the Author Richard12 Robina 5th April 2011 9:48am #UserID: 5021 Posts: 9 View All Richard12's Edible Fruit Trees |
snottiegobble says... Hi Richard, unfortunately none of us are immune to plants dying suddenly, but there are few factors to consider such as A) a plant badly root bound before planting out, B) Unsuitable medium such as clay making the plant`s original potting mix a well, C) insufficient watering to get plant established specially in sandy soil. | About the Author snottiegobble Bunbury/Busso ( smack in the middle) 5th April 2011 1:51pm #UserID: 3468 Posts: 1458 View All snottiegobble's Edible Fruit Trees |
