Pepino flowers dropping

Hi all,

My pepino is flowering prolifically but they drop as soon as they start to open. Some manage to open fully but then all drop. I've tried adding some potash and fish emulsion, didn't seem to make a difference. It's a 1 yr old plant, what do you think might be wrong?

I find my flowers don't set fruit until a little later in the season, and it has been unusually cool so far this summer in Vic. You should get some fruit set over the next couple of months. Hand pollination sometimes works ok.

My pepino has one fruit so far and is just starting to get a lot of flowers so hopefully they will fruit. All of the flowers in December fell off the tree.
